reading Delphi tables into MS Access

I need to import database data created by Borland/Inprise's Delphi software into my MS Access application. Does anyone know how to either (1) import them, or (2) set up the proper connection string using ADO?

Question 1: can you set up a ODBC to connect to the tables?
