Reader board change

I am using DynaCom and UltraLink II with CMS to display information on spectrum reader boards--- I am new to this and have no instructions on how to update. I am reporting on 6 skill groups---the last group is no longer valid and I have a new group to take its place, the question is where do I start to replace the group with the new skill and how do I save it.

It seems to me that I can just insert skill 16 for skill 83 and it should update--but that might be too easy!

if you go to custom reports on the cms edit the real time
report ie change skill x to skill y as long as the info is not changing it should be fine
if you are using any historical data you will have to edit this report as well
