Read/Copy dbf files without causing read error? 1

Anyone know how to read the dbf files with out causing a read error?

I upload the emp.dbf to our corporate web for our Human Resources. Sometimes Aloha is trying to read the file at the same time. Was wondering if there was some sort of side by side mode i could use to keep from having an error everyonce in a while.

I've never seen a "Cannot copy" error when trying to copy emp file-Iber.exe, trans.log, ctsvr, sometimes those are a different story.

Have you tried tried doing it before they start business for the day?

You can make a copy of it first...

It only happens when a grind starts. I'll take your suggestion and copy before reading.
