don't where to find this? do anyone know how you can reach the operator when you press # in callpilot to access the company directory? when i try to press 0 while in the company directory, i get a recording saying that there is no such number.

if this is not possible, can you exit the company directory and go back to previous menu where they can dial 0 to reach the operator.

Pressing "0" in the Call Pilot will get you to the Operator extension you programmed as Attendant in F982.

I dont think thats true while you are in the company directory accessed via #. You will get "no matches found" if you press 0. However if you press star while in the compnay directory, it will bring you up one level to the main AA, then you can press 0.

brike,

I stand corrected, I had trees in my head.

When you press * it exit you to the system and disconnects you. * should exit you and go to the previous greetings. I'm sorry to mention that this problem is in a bcm with callpilot in it. Don't know if there is any difference with callpilot on a norstar or bcm.

What is your previous menu (are you using CCR, greetings, custom AA?) Have you blank recorded the custom AA? I could see what you describe happening if you don’t have the voice mail set up with an actual recorded AA, but you have the "use custom AA" box enabled. I can verify that what I described is how it is supposed to work.

In the call pilot manager screen....go to main menu.
Go to auto attendant......greeting tables....enter your grtg table mumber ....you will see a screen that asks for a check mark for return to AA....place check mark.

hi byrontel, i tried that but still not working. don't know anymore where else to find this? i'm just thinking if it matter whether you use nvm or callpilot as your voicemail. i chose nvm during the inialization. but can you just toggle from one to another without affecting what had been programmed and recorded?

I don’t think NVM/ CP interface will matter. I always use NVM. What about what I asked previously. Do you have the “use custom AA” box checked? Try changing that box from whatever it is now to see if it makes a difference.
