Hoping someone here has had some experience re-provisioning a PIMG box when performing a Unity voicemail upgrade.
If so, is there a config on the box? Do you need to restore to default and start from scratch to make the new Unity server see the new IP address. I am asking this because we have two PIMG boxes tied to a Nortel PBX and we could not get the PIMG boxes to communicate with the new server IP, it will only work with the old IP address. At some point a password was set to the box but it was set up by a consultant and there is no record of the password.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
