I have KX TDA 100 and all light on card are red. If any one know the reason why this all card has red light and the phone is blank

I checked the SD Card and and I can read and write the files. When you say the CPU card it that the one you have SD Card installed.

when you switch it on, does the green run light flash at all

Yes, there is green light on MPR Card and Red on DLC 16, MSLC16, LCOT8. On MPR SD Light green blink.

can you logon to the system, do you have the maintenance tool.
on the top of the cabinet what lights are on/off

Otoni, that is a good point, is it a new system. I got a tde 100 system once with the wrong firmware on the SD card.
that would cause the cards to go to red (not in service)straight away.
try re writing the sd card with a good known firmware..

It has a green light on the cabinet. Where I can get a new firmware. The system is Kxtda 100

Which country or what represents "XX" on your KX-TDA100XX on your system?
And what version of KX-TDA100XX is this that we are talking about?
The Version of Maintenance console you will use will depend on the Ver. of your KX-TDA100XX
Where did you purchase it from?
If you acquired it brand new, it should have any issue.
Sufficient info given will help us give you a smart guide to resolve the issue.

It is KX-TDA 100 Hybrid ip-PBX ver V4, I am in USA. It was already in the business when we purchase.
Have you tried to reset the system?
It may be a better option - Reset and re-program.
You will also need US Version of the Maintenance console to re-program your system.
Shouldn't really be that hard.

Getting the program?, contact your nearest dealer.
If you cant find one near you, there are several online programmers.
Maintenance console Ver5.2 (US Version) will support your system but has no Win7 USB drivers. For Win7 USB drivers you will need higher Ver

I decided to junk it, so far I have spent over $2000 in repair in last 2 year.
It will be cheaper to buy new.

you could try taking a copy of sd card and then default the system. copy full sd card( pull the private folder off on to your pc) then put back in. power off the system set switch from normal to initialise and turn back on, while system run light is flashing return switch to normal.
if system comes back up it is corrupted dys file. then you know it is software issue..

You earlier on stated you are in the USA and i suppose that your KX-TDA100 is a USA system. The files may not work on your system.
Let the dealer confirm to you the files are meant for US systems.
