Guys,

I have a customer that use the SC (*07*N#) to forward calls...recently, this feature has stopped working, I am not seeing why it should but anything is possible.
I know it's a strange one but that is the purpose of this forum where strange is the norm
Please assist, thanks
 
How isn't it working?
It doesn't activate, or it doesn't forward?

Monitor trace?
That's the purpose of System Monitor to find strange issues :D

Janni...it activates...but doesn't forward...will check the Sys Mon and see what shows...thanks

Derfloh -- yes target configured...it was working prior and to my knowledge no programming was changed
