re-installing novell client v4.81 on w2k pc

I have heard of a way the novell client can be reinstalled on a W2k computer with novell client v4.81 if the client becomes unstable. It was something like backrev? does something like this exist and if so where?

you can just delete Novell Client for Windows 2000 or better yet, upgrade to a newer version of the client.

The latest version of the Novel Client is v4.83 SP1 and can be downloaded from -----------------------------------------------------
