Re-installed SMS 2.0 won't see new site...

I had problems discovering new clients when I installed SMS 2.0 on win2k Server so I uninstalled it and reinstalled it as a new site ID. Now when I try to connect to the Admin Console I get a failed connection because it is trying to connect to the old site ID. Anyone have any clues why this is happening and how to point it to the new site ID?

I have since searced through this wonderfull message board and found a response from a viewer.
