Dear Experts,
I have Hipath 4K v1, when I checked the log of the installation in the Hipath assistant (webpage at the address 192.1.2.5).
I found the messege "Activation of First installation was Failed".
Also I found two packages missing alarms (

Also I notice that,
- The CC-A keep in "Active state" for half an hour after that restarts for 2 minutes and return to "Active state" , this operation keeps in progress each half an hour. (when the CC-A restart, all of the system stop working)
- There is no "Standby state" in CC-B.

So I hope by re-installing the Unixware, the problems will disappear.

I don't know which V24 port I have to connect with , and what is the cable needed, Baud-rate&Stop-bits&parity , also I don't know the steps of re-installing.

I hope your help please.

Hi,
No it almost looks like a yota...

The three dashes above one another means its going to reload.

You have a dash dot on the ADS that is fine.
Then only the processor next to that should be in
That should go to yota after a reload - it will look like the letter Y

If/When you get the Yota on the SWU processor then you can proceed to add in the SWU database starting with ADD-CODEW/ANSU/DIMSU etc.

Only then will the Telephones come up

OK, I think there no choice without new HD, but please I need some details

"Make a new disk using PCHI"
How can PCHI get the instillation file or boot image? I don't now the steps to make new HD in PCHI?

"or copy from MO each area to a newly formatted disk."
I have MO with files like the files on the HD, I mean this MO is not clear RMX MO.
I have created this MO by the way:
COPY-DDRSM:A1,1,E&F,6,E&F,N;
And from Hipath assistant using
HD-F-AREA -> MO-F-AREA
HD-G-AREA -> MO-G-AREA
HD-H-AREA -> MO-H-AREA
RMX&UNIX DATA -> MO-SCR-AREA
is this OK for copying All HD to MO?

"Connect to Dongle using Comwin
Remove all cards except ADS Processor on left hand side
Start it up"
Did I have to install the unixware?

could you attach Complete REGEN file so I can make regen file specific to me?

after I get the REGEN,
I can write the commands one by one.

"EXE-UPDAT:A1,ALL;
Put in the A Side SWU Processor cards"

A thing to check before making a new hard disk.
Locations of cards - I am on a V1 site at the minute.

Hard Disk/MO

I have photos if that helps

Dear sbcsu,
The cards location as to documentation (I've check that many time):
Hard Disk/MO 19
HUBC Card 43
ADS DPC5 Processor (12270-x100-08 dpc5) 46
A Side Processor same as above 58
Q2113-X100-03 QDCL 70
Q2234-X100-06 SICOE 79
Q2224-X001-04 MTSCG 85
B Side Processor same as above 91
QDCL as above 103
SICOE as above 112
MTSCG as above last card 118

if you are at V1 site, please I need clear copy of HD & REGEN pleeeeaaase :)
Can I use PCHI with V24/service port or LAN? because I can't connect the old HD to my PC, I don't have SCSI

Hi,
As before.
You have to have a SCSI Card in a PC to program/write to a SCSI Disk.
However you can program an IDE MO Disk and then use that disk in a SCSI MO Drive to start up the system.
Then you can format the Hard Disk and copy from the MO to the Disk.

There is no copy of HD - you download the software from Unify/Siemens
or you copy from an existing V1 site to an MO and use that MO to setup the SCSI disk as above.
