Re-Install NT & SvcePack6a CATCH 22

Am installing NT, When I try to install Service Pack 6a, it requires Internet Explorer before proceeding. When I attempt to load IE, it requires Service Pack 3 or higher... What am I missing here?

Try installing sp3 then ie4 or higher then sp6a.
That should be it.

I haven't run into this before. Are you updating through the web interface? Try exploring to the directory you need (1386 for Intel machines) then to the update directory and then run update.exe

If you have an SP4 disk IE is on there also that you can load first.

All you have to do is Install sp6a then down load the
Down load the ExploreSetup which is a small starter program
To install the explorer 50 or ect and it will find the site
you agree and away it goes. Simple

Of course you will have to download the exploer
setup prog on another computer .
