Hi Guys,
Is there any way of re-installing the IA770?
The problem I am having is that one of the extensions has disappeared. When I go to add subscriber it says "Extension is Not in a valid range". The correct data is in the machine settings.

Cheers

With regards to the extension not in range, have you checked the following:

Messaging Admin > Global Administration > Messaging Admin

Change Machine start ext and end ext

Is the extension within that range?

if the range is defined correctly, and you have already rebooted it (and also assuming the 8300 and IA770 have all of the latest patches), you will have to reload CM from scratch. of course you can back up your data and restore it.

Depending on which version of CM you are running, look at the Avaya patches for IA770 as curruption is a known issue on some of the versions. I would before I re-install first try to install the patches then reboot
