Re-enter fax number request on HP LJ 9040 MFP

We have recently had 2 x HP LJ9040MFP's installed botht with the internal modem fax option installed. On one of them everytime we send a fax it asks for the fax number to be re-entered before sending. This doesn't happen on the other machine. We have taken a copy of the settings from the one that doesn't ask for confirmation and loaded them onto the other one to now avail. Both machine have the same firmware version. I have gone through all the fax settings I can find and have found nothing. The company who supplied the machines have also looked at this issue and haven't come up with an answer. Just hoping someone here may have the answer.

A cold Reset solved the problem but HP still could not tell me where there is an optoiin for this.
