re-enabling account error

Hi all,

When i re-enable a user account i can not open the mailbox.

I get "the information store can not be opened"

I have reset the password but still no joy.

Hope you can help

I have tried that. I login in as the user and created a different profile but no joy.

The event viewer say it doesn't have an account SID.????

That's an AD issue - is the user showing up normally there? Anything more useful on a domain controller in event viewer?
 
Yeah, the user appears fine and i can login and use network resources, but it just wont open the mailbox.

The only thing in event viewer is the ID 9548

*USER* does not have a master account SID. Please use Active Directory MMC to set an active account as this user's master account.
