re-booting pc 1

I have windows 2000 operating system. the problem I have is that after a while my monitor goes blk, and I would have to hard boot the pc or it reboots by itself over and over none stop or until I turn the power off.

can someone till me what's happening with my pc?

Sounds like messed up power options. Check them in start\settings\control panel\power options.
