RDP and eventViewer don't work

I have a strange issue with a Win2000 server SP4.
Remote desktop don’t work and in EventViewer it’s empty.
I check all the services and all are OK, are working.
What else I could check to see where is the problem?

Have you installed terminal services in remote administration mode? Also, can you explain the event viewer issue in more detail?

Yes , of course, there is Terminal Services - Administration Mode.
When I go to My computer-Manage-EventVIewer -> there is no data here ( System, or Application, Security...).
I check services, and everything it's ok.
