I've been through tons of contradictory documentation of coexistence between RDAC and Veritas Volume Manager (IBM, LSI and Veritas docs). I'll install a FAStT 600 with 4 HBA direct attached to 2 hosts (each with 2 IBM's HBA) with Veritas Storage Foundation for windows on top. Has anyone installed something like this? Is it supported? And what about DMP and RDAC? According to the documentation of firmware 5.40 DMP is NOT supported... I know that they're mutually exclusive, but in 80% of FAStT docs says you should install RDAC, even if you have 1 HBA.
One more... how about Firmware 5.40 for FAStT? I've read that is a paid option, but the firmware is in the web to download... (?).
Any help will be welcome...
