RD32 and SMS 2 mouse conflict

Have any of you run across a conflict between Remote Desktop 32 (Network Associates product) and SMS 2 SP4?

If RD32 exists then SMS2SP4 is installed, when the system sleeps it freezes the mouse. Even a reboot doesn't fix it. If RD32 doesn't pre-exist then there isn't a problem.

Any ideas are appreciated.

Hopefully, that's an easy one. Sounds like you have conflicting remote control products. Is SMS RC enabled for the site? Rod Trent

Upon further research it's not sleep that causes the problem but the fact that both RD32 and SMS RC exist together. Uninstall either one and the mouse comes back. I did not look into a mouse driver update.

For now we're deploying without SMS RC, then we'll use SMS to uninstall RC32, then turn on SMS RC. For the limited time without a remote tool we'll use NetMeeting if required.
