RCF extension

Is there anyway to call forward all calls to an extension on a MICS to another telephone number outside the system.

If you have a dedicated line to the extension in question you can use Feature 84, Line Redirection. This feature will redirect all calls coming in on the affected line and will prevent any system phone from picking up incoming calls until the feature is deactivated.
