I am running Reporting for Contact Centre. There was a problem with the data and I clicked skip all bad parts. I have 3 weeks worth of calls numbering about 14000. When I try to manually update the RCC server, the Nortel Java window pops up. It is at 20 minutes and has not moved from 15%
is this normal? I know the BCM is very slow when it comes to configuring and moving data but i am concerned I am wasting my time.
Can anyone suggest anything?
