RCC very slow

I am running Reporting for Contact Centre. There was a problem with the data and I clicked skip all bad parts. I have 3 weeks worth of calls numbering about 14000. When I try to manually update the RCC server, the Nortel Java window pops up. It is at 20 minutes and has not moved from 15%

is this normal? I know the BCM is very slow when it comes to configuring and moving data but i am concerned I am wasting my time.
Can anyone suggest anything?

By experience, with the RCC sometimes its better to backup the database then uninstall and reinstall both Sql and call center reporting. Of course make sure to take note of all users credentials and settings to reconnect to the bcm.
The bcm itself always retain the last 250000 call center calls.
