I have a bcm50 running CCRS and for some reason it stopped pulling records one day laset month.

I have run the IVU and the connections appear to be fine but no records will come over after Spetember 19th.

I'm not sure what else to check as the everthing seems to be intact.

Thanks in advance

I have one scheduled for tonight. It's an active call center had to wait till after hours.

Same conclusion I came too. When all else fails, reboot

There is a webpage included with RCC called ccrstest.htm. You can use this to help you find out what is happening. This should display the BCM's CCRS xml output to the browser window. You can view 3-hour blocks of historical data and is the common support mechanism to determine which area is "broken". This page is the lowest level of communication to the BCM's data stream used by RCC. The Troubleshooting Guide explains more about the "CCRS Test Page".

Put simply:
If it shows a load of call, agent, skillset and activity code xml, then it usually a problem with RCC - but may also be a permissions issue with the RCC components that process the historical data;
If there is an xml error message (e.g. ServerBusy), there is an internal problem with the BCM - rebooting the BCM, or restarting the ccrs and postgres services from Business Element Manager may fix the problem;
If the browser window doesn't show xml at all, then it is an environmental issue, e.g. network, firewall, anti-virus, etc...

This is usually a corruption in the database due to an invalid clid record coming
throught the BCM. If you stop RCC and SQL services then restart, open RCC web page
and go to maintenance>status page. click on download status and see if it asks you
to skip the next record. If you do not get this then either change the date in the
present databse or replace with a clean database and start from a date earlier then
Sept 19th to see if the system will pull past this record.

I had it on a CP 150 could not pull after a certian date and time Avaya support had to go into the SQL and move the time up a couple hours then it started running again.

I am now waiting on AVAYA to help as I have no idea how to change the date on the SQL database. I have verified all of the communications in the thread and im getting clean XML output i just cant sem to get past the date in september.

Anyone know how to change the SQL date?
