RCC Reporting for Call Center

Hey Again!

Is anyone out there in possession of a:

"How to read and interpretate RCC reports"

Guide / PDF / Book..

I really don't know if the RCC system is pumping out
garbage or not w/o a guide to figure out the reports.

The confusion is one report say "call presented" 104
and "Calls Answered" 112 .. What the difference...?!?

Even if i take away Abandoned (4) from Answered (112)
still don't add up.

Frustratingly so the customer.. and me!

On all the newer versions of RCC those files are installed on the same PC as the RCC server, when you install it.
 
Would you know from what version of RCC and were on the PC?
I've looked everywere in the:

C:\Program Files\Nortel Networks\Reporting for Call Center

Directories and cannot find them and there is no start menu
items for this..

Don't know what versions but they would appear on the desktop when you install the RCC software. It's been like that for about the last 2 years as far as I can recall.
