RCC IVU Reports Folder not found 2

Hello, Just installed the reporting service from a BCM 4.o on a windows 7 machine. Im trying to run the Install Verification Utility but keep getting an error when it comes to the Report Service. The error is saying "Reports Folder not found". I hit "Click here to resolve the problem". Then get "Could not connect to server:

http://localhost/ReportServer$RCCSQLEXPR/ReportService2005.asmx

Im stuck here.

Any help would be great.

Thins I have done attempting to correct the error:

1) reinstalled RCC

2)restarted services POSTGRES and CCRSAPPSERVER

3) Set permissions in Handler Mapping Permissions for "Script" and "Execute"

4) checked c:\Program Files\Microsoft Sql Server\90\Setup Bootstrap\LOG for errors in install.

What version of RCC are you trying to install?

Handler mappings should be Read, Script, and Execute.

I just found this solution in my archives.
Give it a shot.

On RCC web host PC:
1. Select Start->All programs->Microsoft SQL Server->Configuration Tools->Reporting Services Configuration.
2. Choose Instance name (i.e. RCCSQLEXPR), select 'Connect'.
3. Select 'Report Server virtual directory'.
4. Select 'Apply default settings'.
5. Select 'Apply'.
6. Select 'Report Manager virtual directory'.
7. Select 'Apply default settings'.
8. Select 'Apply'.
9. Ensure the first 6 items on the left hand bar are ticked, in particular check 'Web Service Identity'. If it is not ticked, click on it. You may be presented 'Specify the Application pool in which to run the report server web service' with selectable pools for: Report Server and Report Manager. Select the appropriate pool, for example, nortel.
10. Run IVU again.
