Hi,

I am getting an error message in reporting for contact center when attempting to run any historical reports. I did a search on the forum and found one other instance on this from May 28th, 2008. Unfortunately I don't think that solution will work for me. The computer is and always has been joined to a domain and the reporting just stopped working within the last 3 weeks. Whenever anyone attempts to create a report withing RCC,they get the following error message in their browser, even on the RCC host (winxp sp3):

HTTP 500.100 - Internal Server Error - ASP error

The only thing that has changed is that SP3 was installed on the RCC host. If anyone has any pointers or suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks.

I am having the same exact issue. Both machine were part of the domain and we have had no issues, then one day POOF! I don't think his issue had anything to do with the domain, just the shear fact that he rebuilt a new PC and installed fresh probably solved his issue. Unfortunately, I cannot find the installation discs.

Also, I have been trying to find a program to rebuild the database thinking that would fix it. We are on an older 2.0 version. I see the database server is running SQL$NN_CCRS, but there are no rebuild tools for the data.

One interesting note, I am able to print the reports. Whenever I attempt to view them, that is when the error occurs.

To fix your problem, uninstall RCC and re-install it. Invalid TLV record means some type of corruption. By uninstalling and reinstalling RCC it will fix it.It always worked for me.(Don't uninstall Mysql neither java)

Thanks. That's what I figured. Now I have to find the darn install discs....

No need for disks, all the software is on the bcm.Access the bcm thru the IE. On the main page goto "administrator applications" then "call center reporting".

Wish it was a BCM. It is a Callpilot 150 with version 2.0.x.x.x.

Nortel locks down software better than the NSA. Can't find it anywhere online. What's the big deal anyway?

Thanks gberger. I was trying to avoid the uninstall reinstall but that definitely fixed the problem. I guess I was luckier than aptreo, mine is a bcm 400 so no problem locating software and manuals again.

Lucky for me, my MIS guy found the files in an archive.

You bet they are in a safe place now. I am traveling for business and will do the reinstall when I get back. I am pretty sure that will fix the problem.

ok, now I have it installed. I am going to do a search here, but does anyone know the default username/password?

Default username is:admin default password is:0000 and the rcc will ask you to change it, cannot stay default.
