RCC default Password

Hi Folks,

What is the default password to reconnect to the Contact Center in RCC?

My customer can't get a,t realtime data, and I asked her to try to reconnect to the server, but she lost the password!

Passowrd not allowed in this forum.

You can also reset the admin password on that, with the RAP.EXE file, if you search here you will find that info as well.

Thanks! Did not know about the password restriction. I actually got the RCC back on line, but it seems to have a problem getting realtime data...something got muxed up!

safeharbor - search all my posts about RCC. The computer that has the software on it, might have been updated.
