I have found some docs that I need to confirm their info on RCC.
My question does RCC reporting only work when you have a keycode for enhanced call center or can it work with basic.
The install of the RCC server software hangs every single time, regardless of PC, install files from different sources...just thought Nortel would give an error message or something during the install.
