RCC compatibilty....Hanging install!!!!!

I have found some docs that I need to confirm their info on RCC.

My question does RCC reporting only work when you have a keycode for enhanced call center or can it work with basic.

The install of the RCC server software hangs every single time, regardless of PC, install files from different sources...just thought Nortel would give an error message or something during the install.

I believe you must have a keycode for RCC. I know that on the 4.0 that is the case.

Yes I do have a keycode for RCC, the issue is with the Call center keycode only being a basic call center, I think it needs to be enhanced call center?

You can have reporting on basic call center as well.

I don't know the history of the PC you're loading the RCC software on, but my past experience has shown that a freshly reloaded PC will save you a lot of headaches.
 
And if you're installing it on Windows xp Sp2 or 2003 Server
make sure to read the addendum because you'll have to modify
some of the II's settings.
 
Well it must have been something to do with the BCM at 3.7, I upgraded to 4.0, and installed RCC and configured and it worked perfect.
