We had to change I.P. address on network. Went through wizard to change on BCM now RCC not working. Is there somewhere else we need to make a IP change?

Have you looked at the RCC configuration and entered in the new IP address for the BCM system?. Did you reboot the BCM after the change was made?.

All the best

If it's working, then leave it alone!.

Re booted BCM after the IP change. Getting a connection status error and a red light. If I go in through where would I make the IP change, I'm not on site, trying to help a friend remotely.
Thanks for any help
Joe

Going from memory, At the RCC Server, log into the program by browsing to the RCC IP address. Something like..

etc.

I think there is a main configuration menu where you can change the IP address. Sorry I can't give you any more help as I'm at home now.

At the main menu when you login, go in the first menu(connection as i recall) and change the ip adress there unless it's on a bcm50 where you would need to go in the appserver software and change it there and re-test the connection.

Does Firebirdscramblers login info. look like it's in the correct format. If so I'm going to drive out to their site and give it a try.
Thanks again
Joe

I started to include a disclaimer that I knew the address would be different. I appreciate it
