RCC and Configure Report

Hi ...

I have an IPO 8.1 and CCR Installed, alll the services on the RCC is Runing, the Problem is thst in the Report tab, the generate reports is in active so i cant configure a report, i try on firefox, when click on the reports tab there is an expexted error occur.
whats the problem and How I can I resolve this ?
