RCC 5.0 reports will not run

I have an RCC connected to a BCM450 5.0 and it has been running fine for about 2 months. For some reaseon when I access reports and choose a report to run it will draw the screen with the fields on the right of the monitor but the data will not populate and the "hour glass" remains displayed. The CPE network that the RCC is connected to is very resricted and I wonder if they could have restricted something to cause this. Real time works fine.
 
Are you running from the server? If not, it is probably a DNS issue. Try to run the reports directly from the server. Are you getting any error messages? Check out the log files. You may need to run the repair db app.
 
Tried from the server also but no go. No errors.I stopped aand started IIS services and the trouble cleared.

Try running the IVU utility under Programs>Nortel. Sounds like the database may have some corruption or the synmentric key is broken.
