RC windows 98

Hi.
We implemeted Tivoli RC 3.7.1 FP01.
We are trying to open a session from a Win2000 (administration)station, remote controling win98 (target) station.
The session gets open, we are able to see the win98 machine, but the screen does not updates. If we type something or move the mouse - the action is performed on the win98 machine, but still the picture shown at the win2000 does not change.
Any idea ?

You can switch on logging (registry key under software\tivoli\rc) this will help resolve the problem, it creates the tracerc file showing keystokes. what is the Video card in the 2000 machine, there were problems with the S3 Trio chipset, I don't know if this has been fixed.
