Rating system of the DDR Ram? 1

you have the 266 mhz, 333mhz and up now how does the ratings go for this PC2100 is what speed? any1 know all the ratings? or know where I can get a list of these? Thanks in advace for any help you can be!! appreciate it.
 
Take DDR400 for example; the memory is accessed in 64-bit chunks, or 8 bytes. The theoretical bandwidth that stick can provide is then 400*8=3200 megabytes / second, hence PC3200.

PC1600=DDR200
PC2100=DDR266
PC2700=DDR333
PC3200=DDR400
...
and so forth

There are other variations too such as DDR300, DDR350, DDR433, and much more. Just memorize those above, it's the easiest way.
