Hi,

Sorry for posting this but I really need help getting my RAs server up and running. I've installed it but now I am completely stuck and can't find anything on the Crytal Web site telling me what to do next.

All I want is to have reports sat on the server and let users run them rather than having to purchase 100 copies of Crystal Reports and install it locally.

Thanks for your help,

Iain

P.S. Feel free to abuse me for this one but I really am stuck!

You need to run RAS Configuration manager and set the Default report directory where all your reprot are located. Next restart RAS from IIS screen OR restart your computer which will automatically restart the RAS service. Now your users can access the reports via typing your IP address in their browser, along with the path to ePortfolioLite website, which is a default website that should've been installed with RAS (in c:/Inetpub/ folder). When users visit this site, they will see the folders/reports that are located in the path that you set in the beginning through RAS Configuration manager. They can click any report to view it.

Does this help???
