RAS error after upgrade from NT 4.0

Just upgraded from NT 4.0 to 2000 server. I am getting the following error when I try to start the RAS service. failed to start due to specific error 16389. Help

go to microsoft site and knowledge base. type in the error message and you should receive articles how to deal with the problem. jbead JBead

Believe me I have with no luck at all. Microsoft's knowledge bas is usually the first place I look.
