RAS Connection Problem

Hi all,
I have recently rebuilt my laptop with W2K Pro. I have taken our companies RAS dialup details from another laptop and have tried to setup a dial up network connection for RAS. The system dials the RAS server, authenticates the username and password, waits for callback and then connects to the inbound call, then disconnects giving error '619'. Can anyone help as Im not really sure of the details of how the RAS connection works. Am I missing a component or something? John

The user dialing into the RRAS server must have an existing user account in the domain in which they are dialing into. So you would be using the password associated with your domain account...
