Hi. I am getting Error 3: The system cannot find the path specified. After I go to Services and set RapApp Service to Manual, I click Start and get the error message described. Where is the Path and how do I know when it is correct?

Thank you,
Starstretch

Be very careful when using the Registry editor:

1. Logon as an administrator (or equivalent user)
2. Open the registry editor (regedit.exe)
3. Open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\RapApp

In there you will find the path to the executable file that is run by the service under the ImagePath value. I'd check very carefully that this file exists on the disk and that the account that the service is set to run on, has appropriate permission levels to read the files, plus log on as a service.

Thank you for your reply. I did a search and found no file called RapApp. Also in Regedit there is no ImagePath value. I have a DOC attachment showing you what is in the Registry, but found no way to send it.

I am not sure what can be done now.

Thanks,
Starstretch

Save it as a graphics files (JPG or GIF) then upload it to a public web server and post a link to it here.
