Rank a query? 1

Can I get a 'rank' in a query.
i.e. display query in order required and then display 1,2,3,4,5,......99 etc in a separate field

I can do it in a report with =1 and the running sum property

Anyone help in a query?

I was just working on this. I found all my answers here:

It even shows different methods of ranking when there's a tie.
