I have a custom computer with AMD 1.4, I am running Sonar Cakewalk and my computer continues to reboot. I reformated the hard drive, and the problem continues.

What OS are you running? I've had the same problem with Cakewalk Pyro, even in compatibility mode on XP. I found out there was an update and that seemed to cure the problem. Also, check your temps, that seems to be the craze for todays high-end PC's. Jay [atom]

I have found that video card problems and memeory errors will cause reboots as you are describing. I would check the system RAM chips to see if they are firmly installed in the socket. I have had this happen number of times. I just went through this on a system that had a bad 256K-Sdram. Machine rebooted out of the blue. I replaced sdram and this fixed problem.
