We upgraded to 4.0.5 on our IP office 406 recently Since then the system randomly reboots. I have had my vendor look into it and he doesnt have a clue. He sent our config and traces to avaya and they dont know why its doing this.

Are other people having this same issue?

In system status it says the reason it last restarted was abnormal termination. It seems to only reboot during buisness hours so I am asuming its something someone is doing in combination with the new version. We upgraded to 4.0.7 hoping that would fix the issue but all that did was introduce a wierd humming into our analog ports after the caller hangs up (for instance when you page and hang up it gives a really annoying hum until the UPAM disconnects the call) We have the system plugged into an APC ups. I dont think its a PRI timing issue since it looks like the system is rebooting but thats what I have been told by my vendor.

Any help much appritiated!!!
