2 Systems on and SCN, IPO00V2, 8.1.57 with VMPro. I have a number of users that had Personal Greetings recorded and active change back to the standard greeting. Has anyone seen this before?

Thank you

do you have a VM Pro @ each site?

Thats good.

my next best guess is User Error
check that the user is actually selecting the option to save the greeting, almost every case I have had of VM greetings defaulting has been because the end user has not saved correctly

I have done that as well. These greetings have been in place for well over a year. I have called some of the users over time and VM played the personal greetings. I also checked the the VM/Greetings folder as well. This site has had its share of quirks. Also having problems with Hunt Group Mailboxes not lighting the light on Hunt Group Members phones that have the Hxxx Source numbers.

upgrade to latest maintenance release (currently 8.1.79) & then refer to Avaya if problem persists

Check all use names and group names against each other across both sites for duplicates and spaces at the end
