We, and several clients, are having an issue with random one-way audio calls since upgrading IP Office to R11. Avaya Support is at the point where they want us to grab wiretraces which we can't do since we are all working remotely due to the pandemic. We upgraded to the latest release of R11 and seem to have this issue in systems with the following configuration: IP-based phones and POTS lines. The odd thing is that the issue also occurs on internal calls as well. The only common hardware are the IP Office 500v2 units and SonicWALL firewalls. Switches are a mix between Cisco and HPE. Providers are all different. Phones are a mix of SIP (J100 series) and H.323 (96x1 series). The issue also seems to occur when using remote SIP softphones (Equinox). Everything was working flawlessly until moving to R11 from either R10 or R9. Any thoughts?
