Hi,

We have a network with Cisco 1841 router and about 15 workstation and 3 Windows 2000 servers. Our problem is that random computers will lose internet connection. The connection is sometimes restored with basic troubleshooting, but usually it just reconnects. Right now our main server is having the problem for over a week. Network connectivity is fine, I just cant get to the internet, I cant ping 4.2.2.2 I am thinking its a router issue but the router checks out fine as far as I can tell.
Any suggestions?

Thanks

Hi,

Never mind, after further examination of the router we found in the nat table 'icmperr'. After a google search we were able to fix it by clearing it out.

Thanks
