Random Deletion of Line assingments

Has anyone had an issue where their system randomly will take action on a line or hunt group? For example, we had a DID that was simply deleted from the system. We have a very very small office and no one internally knows the system, so the possibility of sabotage is no likely. We haven't had any power failures which has caused this in the past though.

If your BCM was a release 4 system and that you had recently updated the system patch to issue 21, then it's most likely due to the defective patch that Nortel then removed. It's only just been superseeded with issue 22.
