Scenario:
U:/
Alpha Folder ("Engineer" Group with write permission)
Bravo Folder ("Engineer" Group with write permission)
Charlie Folder ("Engineer" Group with write permission)
U:/ is a DFS link to \\server\network shares. This applied via logon script.
Problem:
User logs on without issue and opens his "U:\" drive with folders Alpha, Bravo, and Charlie listed. He is part of the "Engineer" Group and is able to access the Alpha and Bravo folders, but not the "Charlie" folder. Other members of the "Engineer" Group can access all folders. This issue will has appeared on two or three individuals out of 120 members. There is no common thread.
I have been able to make a drive directly to the folder (i.e. P:\server\charlie folder) and it will open without issue.
Thoughts, anyone?
