Hello,

I have 15 analog line (COT), a MIRAN card and 15 digital sets which are not into ACD Group.
My question is how can I configure the MIRAN card when somebody call to listen the welcome message and then the call to arrive to one of the sets?

Thanks

Add more information.

The customer don't want an ACD Group so when somebody call to one of the analog line, all the stations should be ring.
This is made with expansion on the sets where all the lines are configured on the keys.
So, how can I make that the caller to listen a welcome message and then the call to ring to all stations?

Thanks again

you can do part of that with mcr keys instead of scr keys, without acd the best way to play the msg is with an announcement service in mail.. just set up the as to play them transfer to the mcr key. the same mcr will ring on all sets and anyone not on the phone can answer it.. i don't know of a way to do that with the miran.. we use mirans, but just for moh and acd recordings

Thanks johnpoole.

Could you be more specified how to configure announcement service?

Thanks

Hi,

In MIRAN you can record the announcement and broadcast them across the extns.
MIRAN is 8 port card with the TN's.

I will send you the how to upload the announcement in MIRAN card and how to test the announcement soon.

Bye Bye...

broadcast them across the extns.

pls explain that quote. i have 2 mirans here and you can here the recording is you dial the acod or are in que to an acd...

HI,

Shailendra06, i'm waiting your configuration please.

I have a question:
I made an ACD Group with no members and with FRRT= RAN route and NCFW=DN. I call the DN of ACD group and I have music from RAN. I made a phantom DN with DCFW=DN of ACD group. When I call Phantom DN I have music from RAN.
After this test I made an IDC into phantom DN (my number is 303(3184) ==> Phantom DN), but in this case nothing happens, only ringing.
Somebody have ideea why when I'm calling Phantom DN I have music from RAN and when I'm calling from outside, just ringing?

Thanks

do you have idc (yes) and the idc table (#) defined in you route data block for the incoming route?

Yes I have IDC=1 in route data block, and conversion made in LD49

Posting your pogramming would be a big help is assisting you with this problem.

The NCFW DN in you ACD Queue is what? Is this DN an ACOD?
If I understood you corretly, you get music when dialing your ACD DN, with no agents? This tells me that the music is a result of the NCFW DN, not the FRRT value. RANs only play (recorded greeting or music) if an agent is logged in and you are waiting for the next available agent.

Hi,

The NCFW DN is an extension and the music comes from RAN. You can see on ACD group.

can you trace the incoming call (LD 80) to see where it is ringing?

Hi,

I made some trace but:

LD 80: trac 0 3184 --> all lines are idle
trac 0 3223 (phantom DN) --> all lines are idle
trac 0 7000 (acd) --> doesn't work.

I take out the IDC from LD49 and in this case when I made trace it's work , the trace.

So, I don't know how to made trace when i'm using IDC.

Thanks

the trace would be the output side of the idc..

Just to know

The solution is: the call arrive into CDN which have DFDN an ACD with NNRT - RAN Route, without agents logged in and with NCFW - extension.
