can anyone tell me where i can buy a software sleeve for a mics w/6.1. the owner moved his system and while moving it he dropped it and cracked it with a dolly.

I don’t even understand why you are asking the question. Have you never purchased Nortel equipment? Just do a google search for Nortel. There are dozens of online vendors.

You are looking for a Norstar NVRAM cartridge. That will help narrow your search. I'd give you the part number, but that would take all the sport out of it :)
