Hi,
Excuse a novis, but I have a question regarding mirroring.
Proliant-server with 1 disk on B-channel.
Need to configure second disk for Raid1?
Do I need Array Config Utilty? How do I get it?
In ACU, what do I do...? Create mirror and add disks..or?
What errors should I preferibly not do to destroy data on first disk?
First disk up and running just need to mirror it.

Greatful for any tips or suggestions.

Steve

Won't be possible using Hardware raid...
When you gonna create a Hardware raid 1 on a SmartArray controler using ACU (Which is included on your SmartStart CD) all data is destroyed...

What you could do is make a ghost image of your standalone harddisk...
Then create the raid 1...
put back the ghost image on the raid 1...
