Raid 5 setup question

I am setting up a raid 5 on p620 I have some question
1.Should I setup raid 5 or raid 5E?

2. I have 6 drives all 36 gig, what should I set the stripe size at 16,32,or 64

3.when Im in the Create a PCI SCSI Disk Array
Raid Level = 5
Stripe Size Should be what?
Size of Array Should be what?
Would like to thank you for any help.

Hi,
depending on your RAID 5/5E configuration your 6 disks will contain:
RAID5 = data + data + data + data + data + parity
RAID5E = data + data + data + data + parity + hotspare

With RAID5E you have more reliability, but you lose disk space.

I have not done performance tests on the stripe sizes. Can somebody else advice?
