Hi Guys,
Setting up some new terminals with the latest driver pack from NCR website for the P1220. The Opos drivers installed correctly and the MSR reader is working find but when I try to test the 2x20 customer display that is built into the top of the terminal I'm not getting anything on the standard RSLD.1220 Opos setting. I've reinstalled the driver every which way and doesn't seem to fix the problem. When I go through the other com ports I do get this weird characters on RSLD.COM6 and its the only time I can get anything to show on the display although its gibberish. Has anyone else experienced this problem and or know what might be going on? I would like to get them working if possible but if the hardware test isn't working.

Nothing shows when I use RSLD.1220 which is the standard setting for these displays

I had the same issue, I went back to use the older drivers 3.4.04 did the trick.

Hi Aloha Ross,
Do you know where I can get a copy of those drivers?

I could give you my email or something if you could send me a copy that would be awesome

Well I tried the drivers and still having the same issue - is there by chance anything else I could do to get these displays working properly. I'm almost wondering if somehow the display is connected to the wrong port on the motherboard inside the computer - but I'm not familiar with the internals on these p1220
