Yellow / Green coloured lines in Windows. Specially visible under 16 bit video color resolution, as well as playing any game. Latest drivers installed after fully uninstalling older version. Have tried older versions, with same ploblems. Have tested card in two other systems with different configuration and motherdoards, and the same problems occurs. There is no texture problem until I install any of the catalyst drivers, as well as the omega drivers. Any sugestions would be apprecited. Checked and system has latest VIA and BIOS drivers / firmware.

System has 1 Gb of Ram, 120 Gb Hard Drive, AMD XP Processor, ASUS motherboard.

Omega drivers? Has the card been overclocked?
Sounds like possible overheat damage.

- It's always been doing this?
- does it only happen when the 3D engine is on, or also in bitmap mode? (regular windows mode)
If nothing fishy has been done to the board it looks like a case of warranty repair.

The card has not been overclocked. The card was fine for a while, and just in the past month the problems began.

One thing I noticed is that if I uninstall the driver, then boot up, and go with the hardware / driver installation problem all seem OK until I load the Catalyst Control Panel. I installed it with just the drivers, but games would not work until I ran the dxdiag tool to let the OS recognbize the capabilities of the card (opengl, direc3d, etc.). Also running latest DirectX.

I agree it may be a warranty repair issue as well. I have sent an email to ATI. Let's see how long it takes them to respond. Any other sugestions would be appreciated.
