Assembled a new computer recently with no glitches. But then started to notice some sort of LF noise on the LG TFT monitor that I'd bought with it. Plugged up an old CRT monitor (that works fine on another PC off the same AC supply) to the new PC and for the first time ever saw the same type of noise on this as well.
Can't believe it's a phase problem.
Any thoughts guys?

For reference:

ABIT KD7-E MB Athlon XP 2000
Maxtor 60Gb ATA 133 2MB Cache
Radeon 9000Pro
15" LG TFT SCREEN
Windows XP installed

Sorry guys a bit tired referring of course to a Radeon 9000 PRO not 900.

Had a similar problem to this, looked like interference (faint wavey lines) turned out to be something as simple as refresh rate.
Just be careful not to turn it up too much, TFT's cannot display very high, go for 60mhz first.
Martin Replying helps further our knowledge, without comment leaves us wondering.

Will give that a try thanks
